Hello George,

Sorry about the email problem on the main website. I have recently had to change website authoring software and in the change over I forgot to add the email link! Thanks fro letting me know and i am making good that error at the moment.

Regarding your gear query, I am happy to make two for you but since I don't have the required cutter I wonder if you would be happy to just buy the cutter for me to use? If so then as soon as you can get the cutter to me I will make the two gears. If you want to go ahead I will do a CAD drawing of what I think you want and send the 3D CAD drawing and JPEG to you before starting.

Hope that helps and I look forward to hearing from you. Mike

Hi Mike,

I found your web site on google, but could not for the life of me find your email address, so I hope you don't mind me using your blog. I really need to find someone who can engineer me a 15t .75 Mod pinion wheel that has a 13mm face. Pref is would be at the end of a bar which has a total length of 42mm with a 5mm bore for the motor shaft with the biggest grub screw possible on a 12.75mm thickness shaft. I need two, but can't find them. Can you make them for me? If so, how much would they be?

Please email me at georgy_scott@hotmail.com

Many thanks,

George.
