		<description>Hello Andrew, thanks for the information. The engine I built was in fact from a plan published in the American magazine Model Engine Builder. It was a design by Ron Chernich from Australia and the cast iron piston is specified by the designer. It s not an original Mills, rather an interpretation by the designer as a simple model to build. It runs fine with the cast iron piston (for my bench use) and many have been made in this way, but again thank you for the additional information. Mike</description>

            Don&#039;t want to upset you, but the Mills 1.3 never had a cast iron piston. Believe it or not, they used tool steel, hardened and ground!
